Rules
1. Anglers must dip all nets,mats and slings before setting up on your swim.
2. Barbless hooks only. No barbed, micro barbed or barbed hooks that have been squashed.
3. 2 rods only at anytime on all lakes.
4. No bait boats allowed.
5. Braid allowed, only when targeting the catfish.No braid to be used for carp fishing other than for marker/spod rods.
6. No nuts
7. No artificial baits.
8. No lead core.
9. No fixed leads
10. No lure fishing.
11. No tents,bivvies only.
12. No BBQs
13. No radios. Please be respectful of other anglers.
14. No fires.
15. No dogs allowed on the premises at all.
16. No alcohol.
17. No Drugs.
18. No rods to be left unattended.
19. Rig checks will be carried out at anytime.
20. When targeting cats on Brookhouse, 30lb mono or 80lb braid is required along with a 60" landing net and a suitable unhooking mat.
21. Carp/cat care kits are essential. Please use them where necessary.
22. If a fish gets snagged, do not pull for a break. call us for assistance.
23. Livebaits can be used on Brookhouse lake (that are caught from Brookhouse). Only 3 baits (no bigger than 5") to be retained at anytime in a dedicated live bait retaining net.
24. Toilets are provided for your convenience. DO NOT deficate in the woods! If found to have done so, you will be banned for life.
25. All anglers should have a valid EA rod licence.
26. Fish safety is of utmost importance.Any damage to the fish must be treated. All fish to be held below knee level.Once fish have been treated, weighed and photographed, they must be put back as soon as possible. Please wet all unhooking mats/cradles before the fish has contact with them, especially in hot weather.
27. All rubbish is to be taken home with you. Swims and surrounding area must be left as you found them.
28. Framfield Park Fishery shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to them or their possessions whilst on the premises.
29. Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
