Burywood Lake is a stunning 1.5-acre water nestled beside ancient woodland, with a single, secluded island adding charm and character. This scenic lake offers the easiest access from the car park, with level paths leading you right to the water’s edge.

This lake is the nearest lake to the car park with easy access to the whole lake. Deepest areas are 8 feet deep with shallows of 4 feet. Burywood lake has carp up to 25lb and catfish up to 100lb along with Bream, Roach, Rudd, Perch and Eels.

This is the biggest of the 2 lakes available for day tickets where night fishing is allowed. No bookings on this lake, it’s first come first served.
